The Ugly Duckling

Today, I caught up with the lovely Veronica. Honestly, this boy has strengthened our bond because we relate so much to the way he treated us. It's all good though, we have a bigger ground of connection. The weather was perfect, and the day gorgeous. We got coffee from the Daily Grind, sat at the fountain in Town Center, picked up some Gelato, and walked around the trail around the lake near my neighborhood. She chased ducks and geese and I came in close contact with an obnoxious dog :( We also saw a few possums, and I've never seen a live one so close haha. It was really nice catching up with her, and I'm glad she's back in my life!
